My wife and I first tried Yampa Valley Sauce Company when she discovered it a a farmers market in Denver almost 10 yr ago, and we’ve been hooked ever since. We keep the Broja and Habacado well-stocked at all times. They’re both versatile sauces that we use on eggs, burritos, veggie bowls, chicken, wraps, etc. They’re packed with flavor and just the right amount of heat. The bacon and pickle hot sauces are also awesome if you want to spice up a Bloody Mary, hot dog, brat, or anything else. As a family that puts hot sauce on almost everything, we will always have a few bottles on hand. We eat few meals without one of these sauces on the table.  We love Habacado on eggs, Pickle Pepper on burgers, and Broja on just about everything!  Each sauce is unique and the heat level is great for hot sauce lovers without overwhelming the taste.  Great products! Not just heat, but FLAVOR!

We met Clay at a farmer's market in Denver and he let us try his sauces. We bought a few and now we are HOOKED! These sauces have such deep, rich flavors and they truly enhance our meals. One of our favorites right now is the Pickle Pepper Hot Sauce. We make at-home Cava bowls and it goes super well on those. It also goes great on burgers and hot dogs. The other night I put a bit of blackberry jam and some Purple Blaze on an elk burger and that was another winner! These sauces are not just for adding heat. Instead, these sauces create cuisine. I’ve come to love CSC’s sauces so much that I can no longer eat eggs without Habacado or Broja

I first experienced Habacado Hot Sauce in 2015. I was a Vail ski instructor and somehow a bottle of Habacado landed in our fridge. It was instant love.

I couldn’t find where to buy Habacado, so I tracked down the owner, Clay, and he told me he was presenting at a Farmers Market in Denver. I went to the Farmers Market and watched Clay and his family selling Clay’s Yampa Valley Sauces. I observed that everyone who sampled his sauces… bought his sauces.
Virtually every day I am the “Steve Jobs of breakfasts”. Like Steve Jobs who ALWAYS wore a black T-shirt and jeans everyday (so he didn’t have to think about what to wear and could focus on the things he loved… design, etc.), I have the same breakfast that consists of 2 scrambled eggs and half an English muffin. To add punch every day, I alternate between Habacado and Broja.
