A Note from the Founder
My Fellow Chefs,
I have worked at every position in a kitchen possible, from a dishwasher, to a prep cook, line cook, sous Chef, Chef, and Executive Chef at a sauce manufacturing company. I’ve been a food server, kitchen manager, and have simply seen it all as far as the commercialized restaurant world is concerned.
That being said, my greatest joy comes from cooking simple, yet elegant dishes for the people I love, in hopes that we enjoy a moment of indulgence together in an otherwise chaotic world. Food has always brought me closer to the people I love. I hope these recipes do the same for you.
