Our flagship sauce, Habacado (Habanero and Avocado), was the love child of an obsession with Mahi Mahi fish tacos. This meal was finding its way to our table on a consistent basis. We would always top our tacos with diced avocado, sliced habanero peppers, and a squeeze of fresh lime juice. It was only natural that these ingredients would find their way into a hot sauce bottle. From here a dream and business was born.
Our sauces are first and foremost about flavor. Most of our sauces are medium to medium-hot, depending on the sauce and your pallette. Habacado is one of our mildest sauces, but it still has a kick!
